Boy Friend Persecuted His Couple`s Child

Children violation happened in North Jakarta. A child initialed SNH (4) had been persecuted by his mother's boy friend, Pardi Hermawan (22). Almost all victim's body suffered bite marks and cigarette burn injuries.

The incident occurred around July 2013. The suspect often pinching, biting, and burn with cigarette if he mad of his mother. It happened very often since the suspect's house is near with the suspect on Jalan Muara Baru RT 21/17 No 33, Penjaringan Urban Village, Penjaringan Sub-district, North Jakarta.

Victim's grandmother, Siti Rohani Sulviani (47), admitted she just recently knew this case on Saturday (5/17). She got report from a neighbor and immediately checked victim's body.

"I directly reported this case to RT chief and went to sector police office. But the police suggested to report at North Jakarta Woman and Children Service unit," she said, Tuesday (5/20).

Victim's mother, Firda (22), stated she did not know if his boy friend often do this. She was busy to work in a bakery shop in Pluit.

"I have been dating with Pardi for almost a year. Now I have to leave him. When I go to work, SNH is kept by my mother," she stated.

Meanwhile, Detective and Crime Head Section of North Jakarta Police Resort, Comm. Daddy Hartady, explained there was a report related this case on Saturday (5/17).

"The case is still investigated deeply," he explained.

In order to reveal this case, several witnesses had been summoned. Those are victim's grandmother, mother, and victim's neighbor Nasrah (34). The suspect was already secured by North Jakarta Resort Police. The victim is threatened by Bill No 23/2002 verse 80 about children protection maximally 15 years imprison.
